What you need to workout at home.
Well do you really think that you need a thousand things to lose weight and tone?
NO WAY. The only thing you need is yourself and your motivation to do it. Your entire body weight makes a difference too when you exercise.
You just have to make a routine for yourself. Write down what part of the body you wanna work on each day and follow that until you feel like you need to change it up so you don't get bored. It is really important that you listen to your body and your mind. Do not let your mind tell you "I am bored, let's be a couch potato instead" because you won't get anywhere near to your goal.
